Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer of Binasghar Leather to feel confident in their purchase. Since each product is handcrafted from natural full-grain leather, we maintain a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all customers.


1. Return Authorization Required

All return inquiries must be sent to:

You must receive a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.


2. Inspection Period

Eligible products carry a 14-day inspection period from the date of purchase.
After 14 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

Please note:
Since our leather goods are made from natural hides, slight marks, wrinkles, stretch lines, scars, or grain variations are normal and expected characteristics, not defects. These features highlight the authenticity and uniqueness of real leather.

Therefore, no refund or exchange will be approved due to natural leather variations.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged—such as:

  • Torn or cracked leather

  • Broken stitching

  • Manufacturing defects

—we will offer an exchange for the same item at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued for preference-based reasons, as every product is individually handcrafted.


5. Information to Include With Your Return

When returning an approved item, include:

  • Full Name

  • Return Address

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • A brief note explaining the issue and requested resolution

This ensures your return is processed quickly.


6. Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.


7. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective due to our error.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless a confirmed defect is found after inspection.

  • Natural leather marks are not considered defects, and such returns must be covered by the buyer.

We do not offer pickup services.
Returns must be dropped off at your nearest courier office.

We strongly recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping method

  • Or shipping insurance

Binasghar Leather is not liable for lost or untrackable return shipments.


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

10. Price Difference Policy

If product pricing changes after your purchase:

  • Refunds will reflect the original purchase price only

  • Discounts or new pricing cannot be applied retroactively


11. Exchanges

Exchange requests are reviewed case-by-case, depending on:

  • Price differences

  • Reason for exchange

If you choose a different item or color for your exchange, you are responsible for any associated shipping costs.


12. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Orders
