At Binasghar Leather, every product is crafted with precision, care, and genuine full-grain leather. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to feel confident with every purchase you make.

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how you can request warranty support.


1. Warranty Coverage

Binasghar Leather offers a 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty on all handmade leather goods.

This warranty covers:

  • Stitching issues (loose, broken, or unraveled stitches)

  • Hardware defects (buttons, snaps, zippers, or metal fittings)

  • Construction flaws arising from workmanship

  • Edge finishing problems caused by manufacturing error

If any of these issues appear under normal use within 6 months of purchase, we will repair your item free of cost. If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same model or a similar item of equal value.


2. What Is Not Covered

Because our products are crafted from natural full-grain leather, certain variations are normal and not covered by warranty:

  • Natural marks, grain variations, wrinkles, stretch lines

  • Color changes or patina development over time

  • Damage caused by water exposure, moisture, or direct heat

  • Wear and tear from daily use

  • Cuts, scratches, or stains caused by the customer

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Alterations or repairs performed by a third party

These are natural characteristics of genuine leather and do not qualify as defects.


3. Warranty for Custom / Made-to-Order Products

Custom or personalized items are covered for craftsmanship defects only, but cannot be replaced for design changes, personal preference, or color expectations.


4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Order number

  • Phone number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Our team will evaluate the claim and respond within 2 business days.


5. Repair or Replacement Procedure

If your claim is approved:

Repair Option

You may be asked to ship the product to our workshop.

  • Repair costs: Free

  • Shipping to us: Covered by customer

  • Return shipping: Covered by Binasghar Leather

Replacement Option

If the product cannot be repaired:

  • We will replace it with the same model (subject to availability)

  • If unavailable, we will offer a similar item of equal value


6. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The product has been intentionally damaged

  • The product was repaired or modified by someone other than Binasghar Leather

  • The leather was exposed to chemicals, water submersion, heavy moisture, or heat

  • Misuse or rough handling caused the damage


7. Proof of Purchase

Warranty service requires proof of purchase (order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt).
Without valid proof, warranty claims cannot be processed.
